SlimKicking It!!!

If you haven't tried out SlimKicker yet then you need to get on it NOW!!!

It is a fun way to track you daily intakes, exercises for the day, connect with others, and motivate yourself through various challenges. I tried it out last week and I'm hooked to it because I'm competing with myself to go on to the next level while staying active and eating right.

I'm having some trouble with my daily intakes; too much sugar and carbs and not enough fiber and protein. On a positive note, I advanced to level 2 in a week and I am about to finish up a "10 Wall Squats a Day" challenge tomorrow.
