Anti- Flame Diet



I'm switching over to a new diet, The Anti-Inflammatory Diet or The Anti-Flame Diet as I'd like to call it. I'm doing this to help reduce my back and leg pain. These foods will reduce the flame and keep me from pain. I just rhymed! It sounds good to me! It's a normal diet full of all the normal foods that everyone should eat (plus or minus a few).
