I fully enjoyed the turkey breast and the Salisbury steak tasted great. The steak meal was easy to take for lunch and there was no soggy problems. I WAS hungry around 9pm after dinner so I guess a 3rd snack will be needed. I wasn't sure if I were going to be hungry after dinner and need a snack, but I guess I will. I have decided to have only half a pumpkin pie bar and water for the 3rd snack. The 3rd snack will be smaller because I will be going to bed shortly after the 3rd snack.
I stayed right on track. I was about 200 calories off from my 1800 calorie goal. This was a great start to the diet! I feel great! The meal plan works very well with my school schedule.
