I was struggling all day. All I wanted had something to do with meat. It was ridiculous! Of course, even after what I thought would have been a very caloric dinner, I still was trying to suck up some calories! I would rather be under the limit and have a small snack than have something huge a few hours before bed and have my full limit.
I scavenged all the products I could think of to try to get the last 200 calories.
Checked:
tuna- 50 cal
peanut butter- 2 tbsp 180 cal!
crackers- 5 of them are 60
oatmeal- it alone for half a c is 150 cal but then you add stuff! yikes! forget it!
etc
Just nothing together was a good combination. Nothing would have made for a good snack. I could have had two tbsp of peanut butter and I would have been close to the eat meter mark, but that's not a good snack now is it?
So, then I just decided on my usual pumpkin spice flax bar...and jello. :) Jello has only 40 cal- Sugar Free and Low Calorie gelatine. Maybe the exercising has something to do with my hunger? Or maybe that dinner really wasn't satisfying enough.
